The Osceola County Property Appraiser’s office is available by telephone, e-mail or come visit us in person at our office (address listed below). We may be contacted by calling 407-742-5000 in Kissimmee or 407-742-5192 in Saint Cloud. If you are uncertain which department you need to speak to, let one of our customer service members direct you to the appropriate department. For your convenience, a list of Administrators, Directors, Managers and staff responsible for specific areas are listed below.

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (except on designated county holidays). We are located at 2505 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee.
