Here in the Property Appraiser’s office we are busy collecting sales and property information to efficiently place market values on your property. Our preliminary tax roll is due to the Department of Revenue on July 1. Until that time, our values are ‘working values’. What that means to you is that this is the time to come in or call us if you have any questions concerning your value or if there is an error in the size of your land or home.
