E-File Tangible Property Tax


As a result of COVID-19, the Osceola County Property Appraiser’s Office has granted all Tangible Personal Property (TPP) accounts an automatic 45-day extension to file their TPP return.  The deadline for all TPP Returns is Friday, May 15, 2020.  Please note that while you are not required to submit a request form for the extension, all TPP Returns and supporting documentation must be submitted to our office by Friday, May 15, 2020. You may utilize our online filing system, or mail your TPP Return to our office.  Any supporting documentation can be e-mailed to PA-Tangible@property-appraiser.org.

Welcome to the Osceola County Property Appraiser’s on-line Tangible Personal Property Tax Return filing system. You may now prepare and file your 2020 Tangible Personal Property Tax Return Online using TPP E-File.

We have implemented a sign in procedure that requires a predetermined, static access code. If you are an existing account user, this access code will be mailed to you on January 3, 2020.

Please check your mail for this notice. Once you receive your access code please select “Existing Account Users Click Here” to log in and file your return.

If you prefer not to file online, you may download the 2020 Tangible Personal Property Tax Return from our website by selecting Forms / Tangible Personal Property Documents and Forms / 2020 TPP Return – Form DR-405 & Instructions. You may return it by mail or hand deliver with your supporting documents to:

The deadline for submission of your 2020 Tangible Personal Property Tax Return is extended to May 15, 2020.

Failure to file your TPP Return by the deadline is subject to penalty per Florida Statute 193.072.

You may submit a detailed asset listing in Excel format on CD along with your mailed 2020 Tangible Personal Property Tax Return to the above address or via email to Pa-Tangible@property-appraiser.org.

You may request a 30 day extension using TPP E-File.  You may also request an extension by going to our website and clicking here.
