Land Records and GIS Department
The Land Records Department processes many types of information and requests for the Property Appraiser’s Office, from creating custom maps, customer requests for property information, assigning parcel numbers, split and merge requests, subdivisions, annexations, deeds, and easements (right of passage) to name a few. We have historical aerials for most of the county for the following years, 2008, 2005, 2004, 2001, 1998, 1995, 1990, 1985, 1983, 1979, 1974, 1968, 1963 and 1959.
Our department also starts the process for generating the tax letter which is required to have a subdivision or condominium recorded.
