Extended Hours and Locations for Filing Homestead
Katrina S. Scarborough, CFA, CCF, MCF, Osceola County Property Appraiser, is offering extended hours and locations for residents to file for Homestead and other tax saving exemptions.
“As the Osceola County Property Appraiser, I would like to invite homeowners who have purchased a home and made it their permanent residence prior to January 1, 2018 to file for Homestead Exemption. For your convenience, you may apply here or visit our booth at an Osceola County Library Branch near you. We will have Spanish speakers at each location to better serve our residents.” said Ms. Scarborough.

| February 10, 2018 | St. Cloud Branch | 9am-1pm |
If you are a senior who is 65 and older and meet the income qualifications or a disabled veteran, you may be entitled to an additional exemption on your property. Please call the Property Appraiser’s Office for further details at 407-742-5000.
